Providing Solutions for Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology applications.

At American Alloy, we are gratified by our reputation in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries as one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and creative fabricators. Every member of our team is encouraged to deploy creative design suggestions and efficient manufacturing processes to ensure delivery of the ideal product for every client project. Our team includes an engineer with a PE in both chemical and mechanical engineering, an expert who has a thorough understanding of the associated chemistry, and the ability to design an ASME-compliant product. We also employ experienced craftsmen and detail-oriented quality assurance personnel who are dedicated to delivering outstanding value and quality.

All of our Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Pressure Filters, and Process Piping products are fabricated to the exacting cGMP and BPE standards of pharmaceutical and biotech companies to ensure industry compliance that exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Our custom storage tanks range from small to large (10 ft. diameter) capacities. Typically, these tanks are non-code and can be built to handle a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive liquids.

Our pressure vessel design experience enables us to assist in every aspect of your project, from research and development to design and fabrication to finishing (we can mechanically polish to an 8 Ra finish and electropolish to 4 Ra finish). All of our custom metal fabricated pressure vessels fall within the scope of Section VIII, Division 1, of the ASME code and meet even the most rigorous process requirements.

Our expertise in developing and manufacturing pressure vessels within ASME certification enables us to fabricate pressure filters and nutsche filters that can accommodate fine chemical process and pharmaceutical applications, regardless of client-specified filter media, pressure, vacuum, temperature control, accessory, and material needs.

Our extensive experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food processing industries allows us to work with our clients to develop the best process piping solution sensitive to pressure control, flow-rate, and temperature of the transmitted fluids. All of our process piping is manufactured to ASME B31.3 standards in a variety of alloys.
